Return Policy Summary
- Returns: Accepted within 5 days of receiving your item.
- Free return shipping.
- Restocking Fee: A 3% restocking fee applies.
- Final Sale: No returns on final sale items.
Return Conditions:
- Item must be in original condition (unworn, unused, and in original condition/packaging).
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
How to Start a Return:

- Returns must be sent to the provided address.
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages or Issues:
- Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (personalized or special orders)
- Personal care items (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Building materials, unused/unpacked products, or items damaged by the customer will not be considered for return.
Exchanges:
- The quickest way to get a new item is to return the original one and place a separate order for the new product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
- For orders shipped to the European Union, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. Item must be in the same condition as when received (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging).
Refunds:
- You will be notified once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
